Fursuit Progress: Head!by ~Acyrotin

It's all coming together! This is the head fully cut, with all of the pieces and parts installed, as well as with foam for the chin and forehead so that it's comfy and fits my head better. I am going to order springs for the hinges, and I'm waiting on elastic straps for the back of the head so it actually sits -on- my head. But everything moves smoothly, I can see through the tear ducts with no problem, and overall I'm happy. Though, interestingly enough, Mercury's eyes are now darker than his fur instead of lighter. They went from an ice blue to a royal blue-ish sort of blue. It's alright though, I don't mind the change. XP I'll also get a fan and possibly wire or ear blanks for his ears to add support since they'll be large. I'll be getting his fur with my next set of pay checks.

Oh, and the odd stuff around the bottom of the jaw is the result of Gorilla Glue. It expanded ALOT, so I chipped away most of the excess -minus what was underneath- and can hide it with fur later on.

Resin Blank, Nose, Hinges, Eyes, Jawset and Tongue are all from Dreamvision Creations. I just painted the eyes/jawset, cut the head blank and installed all of it.
